We always recommend contacting your insurance company prior to your first visit and asking about your mental health benefits.

We may charge for sessions cancelled without notice because we are unable to offer that time to another person. This is standard practice in the mental health field.

Secondary Location Telehealth Only - powered with Headway therapy services.

We are currently an in-network provider Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Virginia, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Cigna, Oscar Health, Oxford, and United Healthcare

Serving Florida Telehealth only

Per session fees are $125 and are 45 minutes, unless required otherwise by your insurance.  

We are currently an in-network provider with Florida Health Care Plans, Optum (United Healthcare), Sunshine, Humana, Aetna, Wellcare and Medicare.  We are also a provider with many Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
